1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the dk7 platform at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, email, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

As an account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party.

DK7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by another party as a result of your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposit and Payment Methods

• Withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen withdrawal method.

If your account is closed at your own request, the eligible net balance (after deducting any unfulfilled bonus conditions) will be returned to you via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Limitation of Liability
